The past couple of weeks my friend Kim and her daughter Ally have been in town. Kim has been my friend since around the 6th grade so it's great that we have remained friends through all these years! Even though Kim is still working from her parent's home while they are here we have been able to get together and let the kids play while we get some time to chat. With the weather cooperating today we finally were able to take the kids to the park and have some play time and a picnic lunch! It was so cute to see Joshua and Ally interact. That little girl has NO FEAR and some great gross motor skills! I'm hoping a bit of her fearlessness rubbed off on our overly cautious boy! What a wonderful day to spend having fun with good friends!
